Eventdey Inc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly
Continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eventdey Inc may require you to create an account to create an account in order for you to sell event tickets on this platform
Whiles the platfrom is secure and protected, You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities conducted under your account
Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

All payments for event tickets and related services are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions
Event organizers authorize Eventdey Inc to collect payments on their behalf, with funds being transferred to them within 24hrs after Eventdey Inc receives payment from the third-party processor.
Platform charges 5% of the total transaction as fees if you are doing business from Africa
Platform charges $1.20 of the total transaction as fees if you are doing business from Europe or any other continent which is not Africa

You agree to use Eventdey Inc platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
You may not use the platform to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, infringes upon the rights of others, or disrupts the normal operation of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventdey Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
